Use this facility to report any bugs or issues you may be experiencing on the Metastreet software, including the Inspection App.  


You can also use this service desk to make requests for product demonstrations, submit change requests, data breaches and complaints. 


Don't forget, we also have a Help Centre feature on the Metastreet street system which has many user guides containing step-by-step instructions for various workflows and system features. The help centre can be accessed from the bottom grey banner of the Metastreet site.



Create an account


Create an account by signing up to use this service desk:





Complete the form and click  'REGISTER':



You will receive an email containing a link to activate the account. 


You can then use our service request form to report your issue or request. 


The form can be used without signing up however the ticket tracking feature will not be available. 




Accessing the form:


1. The form can be accessed from within the help centre on the Metastreet software by clicking on 'contact us'. 







2. The form can also be found within the service desk:




The status of a ticket can be checked by clicking on 'Check Ticket Status'. This feature will not be available unless successful account sign-up has been completed.
